This community offers a support system for pregnant women or new moms working toward a healthier lifestyle... whether it's to shed your pregnancy weight, work on a healthier diet for breastfeeding, gain or maintain weight during or after pregnancy, find ways to increase energy through diet and exercise or just find another mama to talk to. While it is not safe to diet while pregnant, we also help support women who are attempting to conceive, and to help with nutritional advice for current pregnant women. Don’t forget to talk to your medical professional of choice before making any major changes to your diet. Photos, progress, questions, advice, encouragment and inspirations are all welcome.
